Meta description and title is not displayed correctly when using google search

I’ve been using yaost on my site http://www.jrjbroofing.org for about 6 months, at first the meta description and titles were displayed correctly but about a week ago I noticed the description and titles were no longer being displayed correctly, Instead of displaying the content I suggested via Yoast Google search is displaying random content from my site.

I did try to use the local business seo plugin but shortly after activating it I then disabled and deleted the plugin completely.

Could this of caused my problem?
