# Meta description

 * Hi everyone,
 * I have a problem with the meta description. I have changed it through All in 
   One SEO Pack meta box and in the “Meta Description” field. I’ve also double checked
   in the reading settings and in the pages description. However in the web research
   with any browser it always appear with the old theme description: “Hi there! 
   My name is Björk, and I am a podcaster and writer. This is my little corner on
   the web. Get In Touch. About Me …”
 * (I’ve also delete that theme but still nothing happen)

 * Google and other search engines may take a while (a couple of weeks is not unnknown)
   to update such things on low traffic websites. It *may* help if you go to Google
   Webmaster Console and request a re-indexing of your site.

 * if you have a caching plugin or caching feature in your hosting dashboard, run
   that to clear cache. Go back to AiOSEO and see if your edits are still there.
   Then check Google again. But yes it can take some time but I wouldn’t say over
   a week.
