 * When using `{post_date}` in the post metadata the plugin formats it quite unsexy,
   eg:
 * > 2017-10-12 12:00:09
 * Simple SEO seems to ignore the date format settings you can make in WordPress.
   Any reason for this format instead of the WP default? Any way to override this?
