    Hi,

somehow since 1-2 weeks i´m missing the timestamp which should be shown in the google search results. I also checked my google webmasters – no penalty.

What could be the problem? I just added the author plugin in the last time and updated wordpress.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Also one more point – many meta descriptions which should be accepted by google … are not the same which i used in the backend. Mhhh

    Hello!

    Timestamps:
Here, you can read all about it: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9253249.

I scanned your site, and you do not have any structured data time-markup embedded on your posts.

Note that Google isn’t doing well in the translation department. So, “am 1. März 2019” may not be interpreted well. To help Google, this can be attributed by extensions, like Articles, or via your theme by marking update timestamp.

On our sites, next to Articles, we use this:

    [Published] <time itemprop="datePublished" datetime="2018-11-09T14:03:35+02:00">November 9, 2018</time>
    Updated <time itemprop="dateModified" datetime="2018-11-17T08:38:35+02:00">November 17, 2018</time>

Once you’ve implemented either (or both) solutions, Google will mark up your pages more consistently.

    Descriptions:
Here you can read about that: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35624#meta-descriptions

The gist is that when Google “thinks” your search query doesn’t match the description’s, Google may replace it with a part of your content instead. It is why it’s essential to use keywords and synonyms in your descriptions; you’ll make it less likely from them to replace it.

I hope this helps 🙂 Cheers!

Got it! True… everywhere is product as structured data available. Changed to blogposting on some and it works now.
