Meta data exported but not imported

    Hello, I am a new user of your plugin which I downloaded because I wanted to export the customers from my old site and import them into the new site.

    When exporting I saw that the meta fields afreg_additional_xxxx were filled in, which is good. However, when importing this csv file into my new site, these personal data were not loaded onto the customer’s information.

    I have tested this in another way, to export the newly imported users on my new site to check which meta data were filled in. It seemed that the same meta data were filled in as with the first export from my old site.

    How is it possible that the export csv file contains information that is not visible on the customer’s personal info?

    Some more information: afreg_additional_8515 is “date de naissance”
    the 8541 is the “numéro de registre national”
    the 8544 is the “date de fin de validité”
    You can see that these informations are exported, but not filled in on the customer’s profile.

    Do you have any idea what might be the cause of this?

    @gossie,

    The problem is that you have chosen to export data as date.

    Please do not do it, you have to deactivate it in the checkbox below the delimiter.

    Then you will be able to upload it correctly.

    Hi Javier, thank you for your reply. However, this did not solve the issue. I deactivated the checkbox like you told me to, but this did not work… do you have any idea what might be going wrong?

    If you deactivate this checkbox, data will be exported correctly.

    Anyway, it seems you are using some tool that creates this fields and it is not using the same meta keys in different sites.

    Which plugin are you using for this?

    when the import is finished, I can see on the overview that the metadata is there as well… but it still doesn’t show in the customer’s profile. What am I doing wrong?

    No you are not doing nothing wrong.

    It seems the problem is that Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce is not using the same meta as I told you.

    Could you ask them how could you/we solve it?
