I verified this by turning off the GUA plugin and had no issues for three days. Turned it back on last night and within two hours the site was down again. I FTPd back in and noticed that once again the mentioned file is was once again zero. I can do more troubleshooting next week if you wish. * I have verified three times that it is this plugin causing the issue. Also, delete the old plugin version and install the latest version.
