Messenger disconnect problem

    when I enable Messenger it enables
    but the problem is when I disconnect Messenger it’s not disconnected.

    Can you please provide more details? You can’t disable messenger from the Facebook settings (Marketing> Facebook > Messenger)? Or messenger window won’t close upon clicking the close(-) button?

    Can you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I can’t disable messenger from the Facebook settings (Marketing> Facebook > Messenger).
