Messenger bubble not showing on other languages

Plugin is really nice but I noticed when I change language of the site to the sent the link, it doesn’t show. On our main language, Slovenian, it works normally. What could be the problem for this? We use WPML for translations and have own domain for each language (for now there are only Slovenian and English languages). Thanks in advance for help!

I checked the console in browser for English language and it says:

Refused to frame ‘ https://www.facebook.com/ ‘ because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: ” frame-ancestors https://www.facebook.com “.

Hope this helps in any way.

Hi @anze,

Thanks for the question. It looks like because your website has multiple domains https://www.rollycopati.si/ and https://www.rollyslippers.com/, currently only https://www.rollycopati.si/ domain is whitelisted.

You will need to add https://www.rollyslippers.com/ to the list of approved domains under your Facebook Page settings.

You can find it under:
– Navigate to Facebook Page Settings
– Advance Messaging
– Under Whitelisted Domains, add https://www.rollyslippers.com/ to your domain list.

One more question. Can we link each domain to each separate facebook business page? Because we have facebook business page for each language.

Hi @anze,

Yes you can do that. What you need to make sure is that each of the different websites are linked to a different FB page id in the setup/settings
