Messed up notifications and updates

    Hi, I’ve been using this plugin on different websites (not enabling all it’s settings) – everything was good until I decided to enable these settings:

    “Remove plug-ins update notifications from back-end”
    “Remove themes update notifications from back-end”.

    After a while (some days) – I decided to disable the settings, but now I don’t get any update notifications, I can’t even update. It remains the same, no notifications – no updates.

    Can anyone please help? Checking for updates manually is not something I would like to be doing from time to time. Thanks.

    I also need to undo all the things that this plug-in did, how is that done? Since I installed this plugin a lot of things stopped working, not good at all. NextGen Gallery wont upload bulk images, updates wont run etc.
