messed up my site address url and can't log in

Hi,

I have mistakenly chaged my site url from http://www.thehostmagazine.co.uk to http://www.thehostmagazine.co.uk/home while trying to adjust the page thehostmagaizne.co.uk went to.

Now I can’t log on to reverse the changes and my site is completely unreadable/gone.

Please can someone advise a way to roll back to where I was – I’d just finished my site and was making the final tweaks to take it live!
