Messed up Footer

my footer is messed up it appears kind of more up from the bottom of page and looks weird my website is http://www.pimpanime.com the original footer file was tampered with before i was given control of the website and i need help restoring it to the bottom there was something in the php thing and idk what was in there someone deleted code
