• The plugin did not import users and updated existing users with wrong emails. Even when I did not check the option to update users.

    Please, before writing a negative review that does a lot of harm to this free software project, ask in the support forum and we will solve the problem quickly.

    But well, since you have done it here, I would need to know what you mean by incorrect mails, are they malformed mails? I mean that instead of being account@email.com it is accountemail.com for example.

    Tell me and I will help you to solve your problem and change your rating of this plugin.

    The plugin works fine.. if you had an error like this then it means you used it wrong…

    It is very hard to work so long on a project and have users who do not even read the documentation make this kind of assessment.

    Luckily there are others like you who do value this work.

    User management, with credentials as is your problem, is delicate and if you are going to touch even administrators, you have to read a little how it works to avoid problems like the one you have had.

    Its a sad fact that people often only leave reviews if they have had a negative experience. This leads to disproportionate amount of negative reviews, so I like to help balance it out 🙂

    Yes, there should be some way to report this type of behavior. It’s one thing to have a bad experience and another to not even go directly to support.
