I see the page and form open right here.
For some reason there is no entry content in the page. Is there some customization that you did? Do you use a custom template or a filter?

No, I did not have made any customization and it is a Custom template.
I’ve also re-installed the program
Could it be you have a setting wrong?
When you go to:
Dashboard > Guestbook > Settings, reading-tab, do you have the Content part activated?

everything was set up correctly, but I reinstalled it again.
Now it works fine.
