    Hi,

    Please can you help.

    I just enabled bookings with zoom integration.

    When I register for an event it says:

    Booking could not be created:
    Could not automatically enroll you into the Zoom meeting. Please get in touch with the event organizer.

    It works the first time, but if I delete the booking, and then try and book using the same credentials I get the message above. Any ideas what might be causing this?

    Hi,

    I tried this and initial I could not replicate this, do you a step by step guide for us to try? which Zoom Meeting options did you enable?

    Hi,

    Thanks for taking the time to look this. I think I’ve managed to replicate it.

    Here’s the steps:

    1. Register a user for an event with EM (a zoom event)
    2. Then, to delete the users booking (any also any created username associated with the user)
    3. Then try re-registering that person for the event (using the same email address as before). I get this message:

    Booking could not be created:
    Could not automatically enroll you into the Zoom meeting. Please get in touch with the event organizer.

    Maybe there isn’t a proper clean up when deleting a person from a booking form?

    Any ideas?

    Hi Angelo,

    In addition to the steps above – I also get this message when I select “no registration required” option within the advanced options of zoom. When I register the booking it says:

    Booking could not be created:
    Could not automatically enroll you into the Zoom meeting. Please get in touch with the event organizer.

    Any help would be most appreciated,

    i posted this question in the pro forum.

    I’m also getting this same issue for automatically approved Events. When I switch the event to “manual approval”, then the registration request can be placed and confirmed by the admin

    What was the solution? Not fun when you see “resolved” and then not see what the “solution” was.

    Hello, same problem here. Also Booking confirmation email is not working when is a Zoom Meeting. Any ideas?
