Our email form tells the sender their message was sent successfully, however it never makes it to our inbox. I have checked with our spam service who say the emails are not making it to their server (which would make me think they’re getting caught up somewhere in between).
I have used Contact Form 7 on other WordPress installs to test sending email to our inbox and it works… But not on our website. Does anyone have an idea what might cause this?
Is there more information I should be giving our spam service which might help them find the messages lost in their filter somewhere?
