Hello @inforce,
Could you please send us the screenshot of this notice on the thank you page?
Best regards,
Marta
Hello Marta
Yes, sure… but tell me how to attach the screenshot to this message field? Or do you have an e-mail where I can send you the screenshot?
KR, Daniele
Hi @inforce,
You can use for example: https://prnt.sc/
Best regards,
Marta
ok, see here the screenshot
@inforce,
I was able to replicate this issue. We’ll look into this closer.
For now, we recommend hiding this notice by CSS – target .page-id-XXX appropriate for the thank-you page and hide this notice by adding notice classes.
We’ll let you know if we provide some changes for this in our plugin.
Best regards,
Marta
Thanks for your reply. And how is the CSS?
@inforce,
You are able to hide the notice by this CSS:
page-id-XX.woocommerce-message.message-wrapper {display: none;}
Please change the XX sign to proper for your shop page-id.
You can see the shop page-id by place an order and looking for the body class in the code on the thank you page.
You need to do this in this way, because the endpoint order-received is not a static page.
Best regards,
Marta
Hello @inforce,
We’ve just released the new version of our plugin. The problem shouldn’t occur anymore.
Best regards,
Marta
Dear Marta
We talked several weeks ago about several weeks ago about the Shipping Notice on the thank you page. This problem still persist.
Do you have a proper solution for me?
Thanks
Daniel
Hi @inforce,
I tried to replicate this issue right now with the latest 4.6.0 version of our plugin and the Flatsome theme 3.13.3 and I couldn’t notice any problem.
Please see: http://wpdesk.me/mp/8yZyvsCGMW.png – the message doesn’t show up on the thank you page.
Please let me know are you checking this with the Flexible Shipping 4.6.0 version?
Best regards,
Marta
Thats really strange. I do have this if I am logged in as user or not, on my mobile I do also see the notice at the thank you page.
How to resolve this issue?
Thanks and KR
Forgot to write you: I do have this issue even on Firefox and Chrome……
Best regards, Daniel
@inforce,
I’ve checked this and still, I am not able to recreate this.
We need to investigate this problem, so please send me the screenshot of this issue and also copy-paste the information from WooCommerce status: http://wpdesk.me/mp/r58ZDsP7Ql.png
Best regards,
Marta
