Message sent successfuly but email not received (2 posts)

    Hi there!
    I have tried to solve this problem, by reading the support forum but I didn't get any success.

    When I try to send a message, the message is sent successfully (so it says the response messafe) but I don't receive the email. I have tried changing the email address and none would work (gmail, hotmail...) and i have checked Spam folders

    could you help me solve this issue please?

    Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can delay or stop emails on both the sending and receiving ends of a typical email. It depends entirely on your local configuration.

    You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.
