  • Looking for a fix too…

    @newshop

    Deactivate the WooCommerce Admin plugin.

    Thanks, I already did this. I was just wondering if this plugin might be helpful for analytics, but probably its unnecessary…

    I used to have WooCommerce on my website then removed it. Evidently, some of the jobs remained in cron. The WP Crontrol plug-in worked great and allowed me to delete those extraneous jobs. I don’t know if it will solve the problem yet, but I suspect it will. I suggest anyone having this problem install this plugin.

    Further to these posts i am having the same issue but with a slight difference.

    I have 2 sites that are almost identical, same plugins, same settings etc, but different domains.
    Both are running Sucuri and Woocommerce admin, however only one of the sites is having this issue.

    Has anyone come up with a better solution than removing Woocommerce admin?

    I found this issue with the wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes cron hook running every hour and posting to comments after having deleted Woo and Woo Admin from a site on a WPMS installation the other day. There were already 4000 entries.

    Here’s what I did and I hope this helps. I re-activated Woo, then Woo Admin, navigated over to Woo -> Status -> Scheduled Actions, and then deleted the “Pending” action ‘wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes’ that happened to be sitting there. Unfortunately Woo doesn’t seem to disable pending CRON when the Woo Admin is deactivated. I doubt this is a Sucuri issue, or that it has anything to do with “hacker bots.” Good luck all. 🙂
