When I active Events Manager in the side panel of my web appears this message:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for get_post_meta(), called in /home/institut/public_html/web/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-event.php on line 347 and defined in /home/institut/public_html/web/wp-includes/post.php on line 1438

How I can fix it?

Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?

3.1.4, but I can’t update it

maybe you can try the fixes from the link above since you can’t update your wordpress.

About the explanation of the link… I can’t find the php file /wp-includes/post.php

Just I’ve found function get_post() in files like functions.php or image.php

you can probably work your way up and hack the plugin to fix this, but ultimately the solution is to upgrade WP.
