    Hi itzmarlon and yourwebchick,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. If you’ve checked that your settings are correct using our tutorial on how to set up notifications, it is likely that the recipient email provider(s) are preventing email from being delivered.

    The best next step might be to configure a SMTP plugin on your site to so emails are sent out as “authenticate”. For more details and a list of recommended SMTP options in our tutorial on how to fix email delivery issues.
