    I was trying to set a message for blocked user and after updating the profile, again the field shows empty! either not store or not read from database?
    Will you help please?

    Hi! Probably it’s a bug some kind. Do the following:

    1. Unblock the user and save the user profile (the Update User button)
    2. Block the user again, enter the message, save the user profile

    Does it help?



    1. by the time when entering the text & check the block option for user and then update the profile, will work.
    2. But if block the user -> update and then enter text or any changes to text -> update is not working.
    By the way, its working by option 1 now.

    It’s been fixed in the 8.5.8 release.
