message box inactive

    I’ve installed the plugin on a client’s website and cannot enter text in the Message box in the Page Settings area of the Content tab in either the visual or text editor mode options; the box is uneditable. I’ve had the same result in both Chrome and Firefox. Any ideas what might be wrong?

    Hmm, probably a conflicting plugin or theme. Disable all other plugin and try it. If it still does not work switch to the default WordPress theme.

    Found it! It was a proprietary plugin for the theme currently installed- For your future reference, the culprit was ThemeMakers Visual Content Composer plugin.
