   to each other on the dashboard?
 * Like a backend communication?

 * I have used the search before i even wrote here.
 * It is not quite a PM function i am after, more like a shout/whiteboard where 
   everything that is written everyone with access to the admin area
    can see.
 * I think i have seen something similar but now i cant find it among the plugins.
