# Data not deleted after request

 * Hi and thanks for the great plugin.
 * I’m doing a test to see how the deletion of data works. I have two issues:
 * 1. I get this message when trying to delete a user’s data:
 * “Personal data was found for this user but was not erased.
    Customer download
   permissions have been retained.”
 * Do you know why I can’t delete all of the data?
 * The site has both a registration form and Woocommerce.
 * 2. The user and all their details are still appearing in the “entries” database
   of the Forms section, so their data has not been deleted.

 * I guess this is a limitation from WooCommerce. Please update this plugin to the
   last version 3.4.x since I believe they are releasing a new version right now
   🙂
 * By the way, this plugin only handles WordPress Core features for GDPR coming 
   with 4.9.6, third-party plugins have to conforms to Core Privacy system (and 
   I’m sure Woocommerce do!).
 * I’m closing this ticket for the moment but feel free to ask for anything and 
   I’ll be glad to answer/reopen it!

 * OK yes I found a setting within WooCommerce that allowed me to resolve part one
   of this questions but 2. is not resolved as your plugin does not seem to communicate
   with Gravity Forms.

 * Yes this plugin can’t communicate with any plugin indeed 🙂
    These plugins have
   to communicate to WordPress Core privacy system and then this plugin will be 
   able to handle these plugins 🙂
 * GDPR Data Request Form is nothing but a bridge between WordPress Core Privacy
   Request Management and your website front-end.
 * Let me know if you need help and don’t feel afraid of reopening this thread!
