Mesmerize Update Breaks FastSpring Plugin?

I had to turn off the store plug-in as it was confusing customers. So we’ll have to coordinate me turning it back on so you can see the issue. In summary, the four-column layout has become one long broken vertical. This started happening about two weeks ago. It looks like the Mesmerize theme was updated around the same time.

FastSpring took a look and said that </div> tags are being stripped out of the fastspring_init.php code when rendered onto the page. We turned off all plugins the problem remained. So, given the timing and that, the theme is now suspect.

Let me know a time period when I should add the FastSpring Catalog back onto the page so you can look at the code.
