Mesmerize Companion Plugin – not working

I received an email from WordPress indicating that there is an error when loading my website and that Mesmerize Companion Plugin is the error. Now I am unable to access my site on desktop or mobile. I just downloaded the free theme and was going to upgrade to Pro, but I want to find a solution to this before I proceed. Is there another editor I can use when building my website for this theme? Also, my current theme is: bauhaus (version )/Current plugin: Mesmerize Companion (version 1.6.111)
