 * I have 1 domain with multiple blogs under subdomain and I want user to register
   1 account from main blog so they can login with other blogs?

 * In that case you don’t really want to “merge” multiple DBs – which would mean
   to make them into one single DB.
    What you want (if I understand it well) to 
   login only once and being logged in for all the blogs. Is this what you are after?
