Hello, I’ve been dealing with this problem for two days.
One of my customers’ products was removed from the “Google Shopping” tab. When I checked their Merchants account, I saw a policy violation. https://prnt.sc/emmnfcUDrFYr After a lot of effort, I realized the reason was a price change on the products on the site.
I checked the plugin update and it doesn’t seem to be the problem. https://prnt.sc/MwCzgBOtOsg_
But none of the products are updating. I waited two days to test it. https://prnt.sc/Znizna_kZVfF
There’s no update in the data source. https://prnt.sc/PWTSn5rIbRw4 We don’t have a manual update option.
This problem didn’t occur during any extra steps, but rather in a store that was running routinely.

  • Hi @dmdnz,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the error details and screenshot. I understand how frustrating issues like this can be, especially when the cause isn’t immediately clear.

To look into this further, could you please confirm if you’re still seeing the same error in your Merchant Center? https://prnt.sc/emmnfcUDrFYr

Yes, I already received the images today. Since I’ve requested multiple reviews, I won’t be able to send the next one until a week later.

Thank you for getting back @dmdnz,

Based on the error shown in your screenshot, this appears to be a compliance issue between your site and Merchant Center. Please review and complete all the checks listed in the error message here: https://prnt.sc/emmnfcUDrFYr

Additionally, ensure that all sale products include both a regular and sale price, your product descriptions are unique and not generic, and your product titles accurately reflect the items. If you recently made any changes before this issue appeared, try reverting them. It’s also a good idea to check for any broken links or other issues mentioned in the error details.

As I mentioned in my first message, my problem isn’t the policies. My problem is that even though the plugin updates the products, Google Merchants doesn’t update the products and instead says “products are out of date.”
Whenever I install a Google-related WordPress plugin for a client, I have to constantly go back and look for problems.
I knew I couldn’t solve this problem here, so good day.

    Hi there!

Thank you for clarifying that. I understand how frustrating it can be when your products don’t sync properly with Google Merchant Center, even though they’re updated through the Google for WooCommerce plugin.

Please note that, When an account is disapproved, Google pauses or limits product updates — which is likely why your products are showing as “out of date” and not syncing correctly.

Even though the plugin’s scheduled sync runs daily (around 3 AM store time), Google won’t process those updates until the disapproval is resolved.

To fix the issue, First, you need to get your account status approved. Once your website passes Google’s review and the account is approved again, the automatic sync from the plugin should resume and your product data will start updating as expected.
