    A customer in the US (I am in the UK) has just tried to place and order and was unable to. Error message they received was “Merchant unable to process transaction”.

    I have a Paypal Business Account.

    Why would this message occur?

    Hi, please check the following documentation to check and see if you have set up the plugin correctly.

    Also, is this the first time this has happened in your site? In other words, the plugin was working well until now.

    Hi, Thanks, but I already did that before posting here. All set up correctly as far as I can tell.

    I doubt it ever worked properly. This is the first time someone tried using credit card to check out as far as I know. It was a nasty surprise, to be honest!

    It looks like you don’t have PayPal Pro activated in your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal and request them to activate PayPal pro in your account. Then use the correct API keys in the addon’s settings.
