menus lead to blank page

    Hello,

    I am not a techie, so please pardon my ignorance. My WordPress directs me to a blank page:

    1. When I try to update plugins > Bulk Actions > Update > Apply

    2. When i try to update status of orders from processing to completed

    3. Appearance > Customise

    Not sure about the rest of the menus, but I would appreciate any help you can provide. FYI, I am an accountant and beginner with wordpress. Thank you.
