Support » Plugin: WP Super Cache » Menus get mixed all to header (head, footer and mobile)

  • Hi, today we installed ‘Wp Super Cache’ and everything reall nice, thank you!

BUT, we are facing problems, when we are “not logged in the site, as user and/or as admin”.

The problem is that “all our site menus get mixed into one menu”.

I mean, header menu, footer menu and mobile menu, browsing thru a computer, they all get mixed into one huge menu with a lot of lines, so the site gets terrible and can´t navigate thru it, as menus get ones into others mixed.

Is there any solution for this please, we would really appreciate it, as we have to install your plugin in a lot of sites that we have same exact config, theme and plugins, so we will hace same problem.

We have this options ACTIVATED, only this ones:

    Caching On (YES)

    Enable Caching (YES)

    – Don’t cache pages for known users. (YES)
    – Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors. (YES)
    – Cache rebuild. Serve a SuperCache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (YES)
    – Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated. (YES)
    – Extra homepage checks. (Very occasionally stops homepage caching) (YES)

Thanks a lot for any help 😉 we will really appreciate!

That shouldn’t happen as the plugin doesn’t interfere with the HTML. Check the html, and make sure all css/JS files are loading.
