This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi James,

Thanks for your quick reply, as I have disable the plugins and activated one by one but no effect but when I switched to the default theme it is working properly. Problem is I have created custom theme and it’s a huge website so I can’t change the theme. Could you please suggest me any other solutions if you have?

I really appreciate your help 🙂

    Thanks & Regards.

Do you know what your theme was based on, or did you build it from scratch?

    Hi James,

Yes the theme was build from scratch and I am not able to understand why it is giving such an issue.
