Menus disappearing and appearing in an uneven pattern

I’ve been going through this issue and I’m not able to find a solution for this.
We have different stores Eg: fr, it, es, etc… So, the behavior of this bug is different in each store. I’d like to know if anyone else faces this issue. Has anyone come across this issue?
