 * I have a blog that I am starting. I want to have a tab/page at the top labeled
   Facts that when the user goes over it they then can select from 5 or 6 different
   categories and then click on one of those to go to the proper fact set. I am 
   wondering how do you go about doing that?

 * One way would be to create a top-level menu item as a ‘non-clickable’ Custom 
   Link labelled ‘Facts’ and place a sub-item under it for each category. Here is
