    Hi There!

    We are testing right now your plugin and we got a little problem with it.

    We implemented a popup at the page which link we posted above. If you go to that page and hover the menues or take a look at the tags at the right side you can see that the fonds look like the funnction is disabled.

    If you go to each other pages at our site where the popup is not implemented you did not see such a “effect”.

  • Hey Popup-Maker Team!

    We are testing Popup-Maker right now. And we also take a look at the additional moduls that we should have paid for in the future. This is not really cheap. It’s even more than that. BUT, hey if the product is great we had no problem to pay this “bill”.

    But a big part of the product is the support for this product and the response time.

    So our (serios) question is: is THIS the response time (see our request above)? If the answer is yes we did not want to install the product and pay for it.

    Daniel, your support was great but people who did not know to send the support request directly oover the ticketsystem and instead posting the request here will maybe disapointed because the response time and will think what a sh.ty support.

    So this will damage you brand.

    Only a little hint not more.
