Menu won’t switch from EN to FR on my website

    Hello,

    I am trying to make my menus correspond with the language selected. It worked well until I installed W3 cache.

    When clicking on English flag, main menu is supposed to be in english, but it remains in french, whilst the rest of the page is in english.
    Problem occurs on menus only, but it’s a real issue, for English speaking visitors are sent to french pages when clicking on this menu, even if the homepage is in english.

    Can someone help me ?

    I am sorry about the issue you are having and I am more than happy to assist you. First I need some information:
    1. Are you using any multilanguage plugin?
    2. Are you using any other caching solution?

    Hello Marko,

    I have uninstalled W3 total cache yesterday, and tried with an other one, which is Fastest cache, and it works well now, but I’m disappointed, W3 total cache seemed to be more efficient, as my page speed was faster.
    I do use WPML plugin for the translations.

    I don’t know if you can help me with this issue with W3 cache. Can you ?

    Hello @sihambenmohad,
    In Performance>Extensions there is a WPML extension that you can activate which improves page caching interoperability with WPML.
