Support » Plugin: Responsive Menu » Menu won’t show up

first of all thank you very much for your plugin. I hope you can help me with a problem that seems to be caused by something on the WordPress site, but not by the plugin itself.

On this website the hamburger button won’t show up. Breakpoint should be 600px and I tested it with Android and Windows 10 (Firefox & Edge). It was a fresh installation of the plugin and no other plugins are installed. I use a child theme of Twentytwelve. I already tried deleting my custom css connected to the menu design, but this did not help.

There’s a little backstory that might be helpful to know about: I used a different mobile menu plugin before. It suddenly stopped working and though I wasn’t sure what happened I thought a WordPress update might have killed it. So I tried your plugin because it had recent updates. But again it won’t show up and so I get the feeling there is something wrong on the website.

    Hi there,

I can only really suggest whats already been covered in the below FAQ page:

If after all that it still doesn’t work and the fact other plugins dont work I can only suggest asking your web developer to go through your code base to try and identify your specific issue.

    Hope that helps

This is embarrasing… I checked the header, body and footer templates before as suggested in the F.A.Q. but I didn’t notice an open tag at the end of the footer. So that’s why it didn’t load. Now it works, thank you ver ymuch for the help!
