Support » Plugin: WP Responsive Menu » Menu won’t drop down using Chrome/Touchscreen

  • Great plugin with one slightly odd behavior. When browsing via Chrome on my touchscreen enabled laptop, clicking the Menu button does nothing. Touching the screen with my finger does work. Same laptop with other browsers is fine. Different workstation using Chrome is fine too.

One other question, when logged into the website, the Menu appears under (covered by) the wordpress admin bar. Is that intentional or can it be changed in css somewhere?

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for this great plugin.

When the swipe feature is activated, the drop down menu doesn’t open on mobile. Once the feature is disabled, the menu opens properly. I tested on both Android and IOS.

    Hi,

I have a similar issue… this is on the Microsoft Surface Pro and only from within Google Chrome? all other browsers on the surface work fine, just Chrome is the issue?

Now the weird thing is, if you double tap the menu with your finger then it opens… but when you use a mouse it doesn’t work. No matter how many clicks you do.

Also I have checked the Enable Swipe = off as you have mentioned, but that still doesn’t work.

    Cheers!
