# Menu translation

 * WP 3.8.1.
    Polylang 1.4 GantryTheme 4.1.1.
 * I have translated the pages and can access them when i type in the url but i 
   cant seem to find an optiion or a way to translate the menu.
 * I can put in the language selector in the menu but it has no effect.
 * So my question is , how to translate the menu and make it show when i click on
   X language.

 * your permalinks settings – post name
    using posts pages
 * When the front page is visited, set the language according to the browser preference
   checked
    the language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks Remove/
   language/ in pretty permalinks Activate languages and translations for media

 * Hi, I have the same problem, I cannot find the way of translating the menu even
   though I searched and searched on google and try evertything I found.
 * Chouby I saw your link but my wp theme doesn’t have widget. Any other solution?
 * I’m using Portfolium theme, is free.

 * By the way, I found a way to work, when I write primary,
    (‘theme_location’ =
   > ‘primary’). But the order of the menu change, the first is the last one and
   so on. Also the dropdown menu stops working.
