Menu Sliding in from Left Side on Load

Our current dev site is using divi and is using the divi add on for quad menu but ( can produce link on request ) the quadmenu on page load, loads above the website logo, and then slides to the right after a second ( about 157px ). Is this something that anyone else has dealt with before? If so how do I fix this?
