Menu, Slider, Services all not right

    hi! I updated Enigma theme and plug-ins and I lost slider images, services, etc. My menu is now vertical. I have read these posts and got the slider to show up after I changed homepage to template, but I lost all of my original services and slider data and phone number, etc. How do I get it back? I did a Updraft backup right before I updated theme and plug-ins and blew everything up. Thanks!
