Support » Fixing WordPress » Menu show differently on iPad and Desktop

  • Hi everyone,

    I use the template Citizen Journal ( http://citizenjournal.net/ )
I don’t know if it’s just for this template but there is a quiet annoying problem.

The top menu doesn’t appear correctly on the iPad.

I uploaded screenshot from the Desktop and the second on the iPad here:

Of the display on the iPad is really not what I would expect as we can’t read anymore the text on the website.

And you can test it if you have an iPad on the official Website of the template: http://citizenjournal.net/

I’ve search a lot for a solution but nothing close to what I have.

    Thanks for the help!

  • Btw, on the iPhone I don’t have this kind of problem. The menu stay closed correctly.
    No ideas to help me?

Does the menu display drop-down without clicking on it?

we can’t read anymore the text

You can almost mimic the iPad screen by re-sizing your browser window to the relevant width, in which I’ve tested your website and can’t see what text is unreadable.

Yeah exactly. Is it a usual problem?

    My website is there http://www.professorparticular.org/

As on the screenshot you see that the menu block the view.

On the iPhone browser the drop down menu doesn’t display automatically and works perfectly.. I’m really lost
