Menu position of Codeguard

I’ve just installed the plugin and notice that it’s assumed the #1 position in left menu … that’s not typical of utilities plugin, which should typically be configured to appear below the Tools menu…

Not even Automattic plugins are so bold as to use that #1 spot for their own JetPack 😉
