 * CMW does not provide a specific option to make a menu display horizontally. Styling
   of the menu is down to your theme: if your theme has a class that sets an unordered
   list (UL element) to show horizontally, then you can apply that class via the
   CMW options; otherwise, you will need to add the appropriate CSS rules to your
   theme yourself.
