# Menu order

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for this plugin. I do have some problems though.
 * I want to use it in menu order and I used the following code:
    [pagelist sort_column
   =”menu_order” exclude=”134″]
 * It doesn’t get in my menu order and it doesn’t exclude one page I would like 
   to have excluded.
 * Please help me getting the right code 🙂

 * This ordering is made by default already.
    If you want to see some changes in
   ordering you should update the order value for pages. You can update menu order
   on the admin edit page in “Page Attributes = Order”. Or you can customize pages
   order by some ordering plugin and it is more convenient. I use “[Admin Column View](https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-column-view/)”
   and it has drag&drop for sorting.

 * “134” is the ID of the page.
    Are you sure that you have the correct page ID?
   You can find this ID in the browser address bar while editing the page.
 * I hope I explained clearly despite my poor English skills 🙂
