Menu Options

Hello,

I have this options when adding menus marked in RED, please see screenshot. http://www.screencast.com/t/knjyfelTqBGe

I would like to get rid of this options but I can’t access the SCREEN OPTIONS. It doesn’t drop down when clicked.

Any help?
