Go to Your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize then Select Additional CSS and add below code and see if it resolves the issue?

Thanks, it does allow the screen to scroll to the rest of the menu. I need to try on some other devices but that is really promising. Though it doesn’t work on windows7 with a narrow browser.
