Menu not working (drag and drop)

    Hello there,

    Suddenly while working on my website, the menu drag and drop stopped working.
    and there’s a problem for the jquery, since i’m not that good with PHP coding and specially wp coding, i’m asking the help from you.

    i stopped all the plugins and do test still not working, i downloaded jQuery updater and jQuery UI and still not working and this is the error:

    asking the help from you, im not strong in coding PHP so if you have solution please tell me the name of the folders and where to change.

    Hi,

    This does look like a plugin or theme removing jQuery from the menu editor, after disabling your plugins, did you also try changing the one of the default themes (Twenty Fifteen is the latest at this time), as well as make sure you cleared your caches?

    You also mentioned that you downloaded jQuery updater, I can only presume this is a plugin, usually it’s not advisable to change the jQuery version so I’d also disable this as it may have unexpected effects on core features.
