Menu not updating Good Minimal Theme

Hi,

A site was ported over to a new host and now the blog is not working. (It shows the home page). I also noticed I cannot change the nav menu… no matter what I try it does not update. I’ve looked around and do not seem to see what is causing this and I’d like some assistance in resolving this. The site url is: http://practicalbodywork.com.
