menu not showing despite trying 'menu not showing' topic

    Hi,

    I really want to use your plugin but I can’t get it to display, despite reading the ‘menu not show’ post. I’ve tried all those things, I do have a white background, but I changed the menu lines color to bright red, I tried changing the width, and I am seeing a ‘warning’ at the top of the page. it says:

    Viewport Meta Tag Check
    Viewport Meta Tag Not Found
    Recommended Metaport Tag
    <meta name=’viewport’ content=’width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no’ />

    I added this to the theme’s header script:

    <meta name=’viewport’ content=’width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no’ />

    …and saved. Still no menu. Can you give me a clue as to what’s wrong here?
